Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

  • *PLEASE try on your items prior to removing any tags! 
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery for store credit only. Simply email us at support@ryajames.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is scanned by the carrier, a Rya James gift card will be issued via email.
  • Merchandise must be in original packaging and be in the same condition it was sent in. If items show wear and are unable to be returned, you will be notified by email and your package returned to you at your shipping cost.

Exchanges:

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Damages:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • The exact color shading of products may vary due to photography lighting and/or computer/phone resolutions. These are not considered product defects.
